When an appointment is missed without notice, it prevents another pet from receiving care. After three missed appointments, a $50 deposit will be required to secure future bookings.
We love seeing you and your furry family members, so when you arrive for your visit, that $50 goes straight toward your bill. If you are unable to make it and do not cancel in advance, your deposit will be donated to our charitable fund, helping us provide care for pets in need.
