Lead Customer Service Representative

Kim is our Customer Service Representative Team Lead, she came to Southpointe Pet Hospital in the fall of 2015 as a CSR/Tech Assistant, after graduating from the Veterinary Office Assistant program at Robertson College.

Kim has a wide variety of interests in the industry, which includes small animal reproduction, radiology and surgery. She believes the best parts of being at Southpointe Pet Hospital are building long-lasting relationships with our clients and their pets, not to mention the team she works with!

Kim's love for animals also goes beyond the clinic to her home where her pack includes 3 Brussels Griffons named Poppy, Creek and Sandy, as well as 2 cats, Flynn and Lily and her newest addition, Butterscotch, a Teddy Bear Hamster. Kim's passions are supported by her loving husband and 3 children. Kim has been a proud member of the Girl Guides of Canada for over 15 years and brings her love for arts, crafts, and games to Southpointe, which you can see in the focus tables and décor around the clinic.

Services such as nail trims will be temporarily unavailable as we focus our efforts on urgent cases. If your appointment is not of an urgent matter and can be postponed, we ask that you please reschedule to free up space for patients that need immediate attention.

Hours of Operation
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday: Closed
