Kim Stroman

Customer Service Representative

Kim, one of our CRS/Tech Assistants, came to Southpointe Pet Hospital in the fall of 2015, after graduating from the Veterinary Office Assistant program at Robertson College.

Kim has a wide variety of interests in the industry, which includes small animal reproduction, radiology and surgery. The best parts of being at Southpointe Pet Hospital are building long-lasting relationships with our clients and their pets, not to mention the team she works with!

Kim's love for animals also goes beyond the clinic to her home where her pack includes 3 Brussels Griffons named Poppy, Creek and Sandy, as well as 2 cats, Flynn and Lily. Kim's passions are supported by her loving husband and 3 children. Kim has been a proud member of the Girl Guides of Canada for 15+ years and brings her love for arts, crafts, and games to Southpointe, which you can see in the focus tables and decor around the clinic.

Southpointe Pet Hospital is committed to doing our part in protecting our community from the spread of COVID-19. To allow us to continue operating during the pandemic, we have implemented a CLOSED DOOR POLICY.

For the safety of our staff, clients and our entire community, ONLY ONE CLIENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO ACCOMPANY THEIR PET INTO THE BUILDING AT A TIME, and A MASK MUST BE WORN TO ENTER.

When you arrive in our parking lot, please remain in your vehicle and call (403) 532-0085. Our staff will advise you on when you can enter for your appointment, or deliver prescriptions and food orders to your vehicle. For safety reasons, please be prepared to pay with CREDIT or DEBIT, as cash will not be accepted. If you do not have a phone or if your animal is experiencing an emergency, please knock on the door to alert our staff.

As of June 29, 2020, we are resuming normal scheduling of non-urgent appointments, including annual exams, vaccinations, spays and neuters with clients present.

Hours of Operation
Monday to Saturday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Sunday: Closed

Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we work through this situation together.
